Two Gospels: Paul and Yeshua! The Differences!

After the death of Yeshua (around 33 A.D.) a new theologian/evangelist emerged by the name of Paul (his name during the life of Yeshua was Saul). Sometime around 35 – 37 A.D. this Jew from Tarsus, called Saul, had an epiphany (vision) which he claims came from the glorified Yeshua (now at the right-hand of Jehovah God in the heavens). Heaven is another word for my/your inner consciousness (our inner self). What did this gospel of Paul create and imply for me and you? Who was this preacher called Paul?

 

Today, let’s think about the TWO Gospels which emerged during this period from 29 – 33 A.D. (life of Yeshua) and then this changed gospel which emerged via Paul of Tarsus  (around 35 – 37 A.D.). These two gospels are much different  (at the core level) and anyone with spiritual  discernment can understand these differences IMO:

1. Gospel of Paul (after his epiphany and after the death of Yeshua)
2. Gospel of Yeshua (also called Jesus during his lifetime on planet Earth)

The gospel of Paul claims that the death of Yeshua and his later glorification (also called exaltation to the right-hand of the Father/Jehovah God) created a situation of personal ‘salvation’ for believers (me/you). Essentially, I could claim the ‘blood’ of Yeshua as my atonement from my sin nature (all my sin and guilt). I could thus become guiltless and free of all my sin by claiming that this ‘blood’ sacrifice of Yeshua was effective to remove all my ‘sin’ and guilt. Did this gospel come from the REAL historical Yeshua?

 

Further, Paul claimed that Yeshua was capable of offering this ‘blood’ atonement as he was (himself) perfect and guiltless (without any sin). This mindset (I call it a theology) of Paul is what evangelical Christianity mostly proclaims within their church facilities all across the world today. It’s essentially called being SAVED. I get myself baptised and then I claim these theological doctrines as realities for my life (now). Is this what Yeshua preached and proclaimed (during his lifetime)?

 

Christianity has proclaimed this gospel of Paul (he wrote some 13 letters/although scholars now claim that only 8 of the 13 were actually written by Paul). When I go to a evangelical church, I sing songs and the pastor preaches about giving my life to Jesus so I can be SAVED and also accepted by God as worthy of salvation). I am then fully living without any guilt/sin (in the Now) if I can proclaim this doctrine fully. I am SAVED. The pastor preaches Jesus as this salvation for me/you via these Evangelical doctrines (derived mostly from this evangelist, Paul of Tarsus)!

 

But let’s think now about another Gospel which emerged from the preaching of Yeshua (after his baptism in the Jordan river around 29 A.D.). Yeshua was an Aramaic Jew from the tribe of Judah who lived on our planet from around 4 B.C. to 33 A.D (give or take). He was born to Jewish parents (Mary/Joseph) and he lived his life as an Aramaic Jew from the village of Nazareth. After being born (say Bethlehem) his parents traveled to the Temple in Jerusalem and had Yeshua circumcised and then dedicated to Jehovah/Yahweh (per Jewish tradition).

 

Circumcision derived from the prior Covenant of Abraham (given to him by Jehovah God back around 1800 B.C.E). All Israelite’s who claimed descendancy from Abraham would desire to follow this tradition (derived from Jehovah God). Yeshua (fully human and a Jew from the tribe of Judah) followed this tradition given to him by his parents. After his circumcision, Yeshua was ‘dedicated’ to this God of the Israelite’s (called Yahweh or Jehovah and/or the I AM). The Temple in Jerusalem was also called the Temple of Yahweh God. Yeshua was a strong believer is his God (called Yahweh and/or Jehovah).

 

After the baptism of Yeshua in the Jordan River (by his cousin John) he had his epiphany from Jehovah God (we usually call Jehovah the Father). Yeshua then followed his understanding of this epiphany and started a preaching ministry to his fellow Israelite’s (all 12 tribes). His ministry was essentially a preaching of the KINGDOM of his God (Jehovah). Yeshua thought that Jehovah God had chosen him to preach a message (or gospel) about a coming KINGDOM of Jehovah God! This Kingdom gospel is what I attribute to Yeshua while preaching on our planet (30 A.D. to say 33 A.D.).

 

Yeshua chose some disciples (after his baptism experience) and later a group of seventy to go out in the marketplace and preach this gospel of the KINGDOM of Jehovah God (also called the Father in our English language). His gospel (message) was accepted by many but also rejected by many (especially the elites from the Sanhedrin and the Temple did not accept his gospel). These elites, who controlled the Temple complex, proclaimed the prior gospel of Moses , and they did not think that the NEW gospel of Yeshua was valid (for them or any other Israelite’s who viewed themselves as believers in Yahweh God).

 

The culmination of this preaching by Yeshua (say from 30 A.D. to 33 A.D., give or take) resulted in Yeshua being totally rejected by the elites within the Temple complex, who controlled the spiritual system for all Israelite’s.  This then resulted in Yeshua being totally rejected and  prosecuted by the Romans as a person who was desiring to challenge the the secular political system of Rome. The end game was the crucifixion of Yeshua by the Romans at Golgotha and then his death/burial in a grave nearby. All this happened around 33 A.D. (give or take).

 

But what was the REAL GOSPEL of Yeshua while he was alive and preaching his gospel? Did he claim that he was sent to SAVE select believers from all their sin/flaws/guilt? Did he claim that he was perfect and/or sinless? Did he claim that he was God Almighty (Jehovah/Yahweh/Father God)? Did he claim that he was ‘part’ of a TRINITY (Godhead) which ruled planet earth as our Creator God? Did he desire his believers to claim that he was the LORD of creation who was (himself) the KING of the coming KINGDOM? What precisely were Yeshua’s claims and what was his REAL gospel?

 

Those with some discernment on spiritual issues can read scripture to debunk all this non-sense of today’s Evangelical Christianity. A broad overview of the synoptic gospels, and even many words in this gospel called John, will debunk all this non-sense of Evangelical Christianity. Yeshua was not GOD (Jehovah/Yahweh). Yeshua did not desire to be GOD (real Mark 12: 28-34 and John 14). Yeshua did not claim to be sinless and/or perfect. He did not desire that all ‘guilt’ be removed from human thinking. He did not claim to be part of some TRINITY. He was a mere humble SERVANT of Jehovah God who desired the KINGDOM of his God!

 

His Gospel (message) was a submission to his Father (Jehovah God) so as to recognize that his Father (Jehovah) ruled over planet Earth. His mindset was to preach the KINGDOM (Government) of his KING (Jehovah God). He preached repentance (from sin) and then this concept of being ‘born again’ of the spirit. Jehovah was the invisible God of Abraham and also Moses and also all of the prophets of God. Jehovah God (whom we call the Father) was Yeshua’s entire focus while living on planet Earth. Yeshua did not know this Jew from Tarsus, called Saul. He did not view Saul as his disciple (during his entire lifetime).

 

This Pharisee called Saul (later Paul) was unknown to Yeshua (during his lifetime). Saul was from the tribe of Benjamin and lived some 700 miles from Nazareth where Yeshua lived. Saul (later Paul) developed his theological gospel AFTER Yeshua died. His gospel changed the message of Yeshua from a gospel of the Kingdom of Jehovah God (a NOW message) to a mixed up gospel of salvation from all sin and guilt (via the ‘blood’ of Yeshua). Yeshua never desired this gospel while he lived on our planet IMO. Did Yeshua change his gospel AFTER he died and rose to the right-hand of the Father/Jehovah God?

 

My view is that he did NOT change his gospel or his view of reality. Yeshua desired the KINGDOM (Government of Jehovah God) while he lived on this planet and he did NOT change this gospel AFTER his death (as Evangelical Christianity proclaims today). He did not sanction a NEW GOSPEL of this theologian called Paul of Tarsus IMO. This seems obvious to my reading of history and scripture. Also, the later gospel of John (in Revelation) gives me a much different theology of God (from that of Paul). John, was supposedly, an eye witness of the gospel of Yeshua (while he was alive).

 

John’s gospel portray’s our Creator God as HOLY, HOLY, HOLY and one who sits (as a singularity) upon the THRONE over planet Earth. Read John’s worldview and especially Revelation 4 and 5. This gospel portrays God as a singularity (not a TRINITY) and it portrays Yeshua as the Lamb (standing to the right of Jehovah God not himself God Almighty). This gospel conforms with my understanding of what Yeshua preached while here on this planet (30 A.D. to 33 A.D.). Yeshua preached the KINGDOM (Government) of Jehovah God (also called Yahweh/I AM/ Father/Creator/King/Logos)! This God was a singularity and not a TRINITY.

 

So whose gospel should I/you follow today? Evangelical Christianity preaches mostly this gospel of Paul (via his 13 letters) and then a mixed-up theology of a TRINITY and this absolutism of being SAVED from all guilt/sin in the NOW. Is this a valid gospel for today’s world? I don’t think so! This is a FALSE gospel of man IMO which did not come from Jehovah God via Yeshua (our Messiah). The god of this world system is who I think originated  this false gospel. Who is that false god of our world system?

 

Think of this Prince called the “prince of the power of the air”. This Prince of darkness! This Prince who works deception and confusion among believers. This Prince of our world system (including all our religious institutions). We need to return to the GOSPEL of YESHUA (30 – 33 A.D.) which was a proclamation of the KINGDOM of JEHOVAH God (also called Yahweh, I AM, Creator, Father, King of the Universe, and America’s founding theology within our Declaration of Independence)! This ‘invisible’ God (without any image) needs to replace all this theology of today’s Christianity! That is my worldview. Think for yourself to discern reality!
